In 2016, asset manager Indexus decided to introduce a new service under the name Dexxi. Dexxi’s strapline, “everyone is an investor”, is actually made possible due to low costs and entry fees. Over the past few years, we, together with Dexxi, have successfully established, expanded and integrated a new digital channel to correspond with existing channels and internal business operations. Corporate site with handy calculation tool and quiz

We developed a completely new corporate site for Dexxi, with a real-time calculation tool. By using the tool, you can calculate the course of your pension accrual. Factors taken into account include your monthly contribution, age and when you aim to retire. Once this input is changed, the values in the calculation tool change in real time.

We also created a number of quizzes on the site allowing the user to test their own knowledge on certain topics. For example, there’s a quiz about index, pension and annuity investments. The customer gains knowledge in a playful way, whilst becoming more familiar with the Dexxi brand.The interactive content makes the website richer and ensures demonstrably higher conversions.

The quotation portal

Every new customer at Dexxi has to go through a registration process. This used to be complex, however we have simplified it by implementing a fully automated portal. It’s now a case of submitting your details, after which an investment profile is automatically determined and an account opened. The data automatically arrives in the correct place in the Dexxi back office. In short, simple for customers and Dexxi alike.

Online users have the option to become direct Dexxi clients, but this can also be through a financial advisor. Consultants can register their clients via the online portal and generate a quote. 

Roll-out to Belgium

The Dexxi platform is continuously expanding with new functions and improvements. Plus, we’re rolling out services within Europe. For example, an entire own flow has recently been set up for Belgian customers. The platform has been developed to suit these requirements.
