Recently Van Ons was allowed to launch the new www.lekkerensimpel.com. Commissioned by Sanoma's BlogToday and in collaboration with founders Jorrit and Sofie, a new look was created based on the (how appropriate) 'Foodie' Genesis theme, which makes the site responsive in one go.
Every day, the couple publishes a new recipe and a news article about something related to food, which attracts more than 250.000 visitors per month. For all these visitors, the site is now also easily accessible via mobile phone and tablet. Another convenience: all recipes are searchable using Elastic search engine technology, a Dutch start-up.
